Managing Director

Richard, CPA has over 30 years of consulting experience and through his career he has been a trusted advisor for over 450 clients with revenues ranging from multi billions of dollars to small businesses. Rich's advisory engagements have included all aspects of finance operations including economic and strategic modeling, operations improvement, revenue growth and enhancement and supply chain management.  Prior work experience includes serving as Director of a Boutique Health Care Consulting Firm, Director of an Expense Consultancy Firm and Senior Consulting Manager with Ernst & Young. 

Director

Guy is a procurement professional with  over 20 years of success in strategic procurement, commodity and indirect spend management, identifying and capitalizing on emerging markets, delivering cost savings, and positioning Fortune 500 companies for global procurement leadership in fiercely competitive markets. Guy has category expertise in MRO Services/Supplies, Freight, Document Storage and Management, Utilities and as well basic SKU categories involving office, factory, fuel and packaging supplies. Guy has worked over the years in procurement with Beckman Coulter, Pentair, Harris Corporation, Black and Decker and Whirlpool. 

Director

Mike is an Executive Chef with specialized category expertise in Food Service, Janitorial Services and Supplies, Waste Management operations, and supply chain. Mike has over 30 years of purchasing and operations experience with small and large restaurants, major hospital integrated delivery systems, skilled nursing facilities and food service information technology service organizations. 

Director

Fred draws on his broad level of experiences to create the optimal customized client solution.  He is an engineer with an MBA, and a licensed insurance professional in both Healthcare and P&C.  As Director of Strategy for manufacturing and logistics of a Fortune 50 company, he led strategic teams supported by top resources from finance, mergers and acquisitions, competitive intelligence, global operations, logistics, research and development, engineering, and corporate communications. He also served as a Technical Director of a $1B manufacturing plant, interim CEO of a material handling sales company and consultant to an Import/Export company.
